We are looking for an HR Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on payroll administration and compliance with UAE Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, primarily payroll, employee lifecycle, and statutory compliance.
- Handle in-house HR activities including onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, appraisals, and offboarding.
- Process in-house payroll accurately and on time.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll data.
- Prepare terminal benefits and final settlements.
- Prepare and submit payroll through WPS.
- Prepare leave plans and coordinate approvals with management..
- Prepare HR and payroll reports and submit to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in HR and payroll, preferably in the .
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law and WPS process.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll systems.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
