Job Description

We are looking for an HR Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on payroll administration and compliance with UAE Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, primarily payroll, employee lifecycle, and statutory compliance.
  • Handle in-house HR activities including onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, appraisals, and offboarding.
  • Process in-house payroll accurately and on time.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll data.
  • Prepare terminal benefits and final settlements.
  • Prepare and submit payroll through WPS.
  • Prepare leave plans and coordinate approvals with management..
  • Prepare HR and payroll reports and submit to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in HR and payroll, preferably in the .
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Law and WPS process.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll systems.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
