Performance Management Senior Specialist (Human Capital-Operations)
Drive the successful implementation and continuous improvement of the
employee's performance management framework, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the Human Capital and the organization, and foster a culture of employee performance excellence by leading training and development initiatives, analyzing employee performance data, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Job Specific Accountabilities:
Employee Performance Management Framework Implementation
Assist in the implementation of the employee's performance management framework, ensuring alignment with Human Capital and the organization's strategic objectives.
Monitor and manage the employee performance management cycle, ensuring that all processes are completed on time and accurately documented.
Provide recommendations for improvements to the employee performance management framework, based on observed gaps and best practices.
Employee Performance Management Training and Development
Lead advanced training sessions for managers and employees on performance management processes, ensuring a deeper understanding and engagement.
Provide specialized support and resources to managers, helping them navigate complex performance reviews and handle sensitive feedback.
Employee Performance Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze and interpret employee performance data to identify high performers, underperformers, and trends across the organization.
Prepare detailed reports and provide actionable insights based on employee performance data to inform strategic decisions.
System Optimization and Enhancement
Participate in the evaluation and enhancement of employee performance management systems, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring system functionality supports organizational needs.
Work closely with HRIS teams to ensure seamless integration and usability of employee performance management tools.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance management and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Propose and support the implementation of changes to the performance management process to ensure it remains effective and relevant.
Reporting
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders based on business requirements.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or business administration.
3+ years of relevant experience.
