WHAT'S THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic and analytical HR Performance Manager to drive organisational effectiveness through data-driven HR strategies. This role is responsible for designing and implementing performance management frameworks, leading job evaluation processes, and overseeing reward and compensation practices. You will provide actionable insights, benchmark workforce performance, and ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives and support long-term organisational growth.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE

  • Analyse HR and organisational performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, implement and maintain performance management frameworks and measurement tools.
  • Benchmark workforce performance against industry standards to support continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on workforce productivity, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment between people strategies and organisational goals.
  • Develop and present performance dashboards, reports, and recommendations.
  • Lead the job evaluation process to ensure roles are accurately assessed and aligned with organisational structure.
  • Review and benchmark compensation and rewards to support fair, competitive, and equitable reward practices.
  • Provide recommendations on grading, remuneration, and reward structures based on evaluation outcomes and market data.
  • Support change initiatives that enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and employee performance.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in HR performance management, workforce analytics, or organisational development.
  • Strong IT background with proficiency in data analytics tools, HR systems and digital reporting platforms.
  • Experience in job evaluation methodologies and reward frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
