We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Personnel & Payroll professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the entire payroll process while also supporting various human resource functions. This position requires a strong understanding of payroll systems, labor laws, and employee benefits administration. The HR Personnel & Payroll specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, maintaining employee records, and handling compliance with government regulations. This role is essential for fostering a positive work environment by managing employee relations, assisting with recruitment activities, and supporting performance management initiatives. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively within a team. Responsibilities

  • Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records, including attendance and leave data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Assist in recruitment processes such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
  • Coordinate with finance and accounting departments to ensure smooth payroll transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as an HR Personnel or Payroll specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and HR information systems.
  • Familiarity with labor legislation and payroll regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
