Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building client relationships, and effectively pitching Chubb's range of insurance products. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's offerings. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the delivery of tailored insurance solutions.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and client servicing skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities, including verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, services, and market trends; prior experience in the insurance sector is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client feedback professionally.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling contracts and customer records accurately.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance are a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
