Job Brief
We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized
HR Personnel to handle
personnel affairs and office administrative tasks. This role focuses on managing employee records, attendance, documentation, and supporting smooth day-to-day office operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable handling HR work.
- Manage employee personnel files and ensure accurate documentation.
- Handle attendance records, leaves, permissions, and follow-ups.
- Prepare HR letters and documents (offer letters, confirmations, warnings, etc.).
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
- Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and personnel data.
- Handle office administrative tasks and daily coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures.
- Assist employees with basic HR and administrative inquiries.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in Personnel Affairs or HR Administration.
- Good knowledge of attendance systems and personnel documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
