Job Description

We are looking for independent recruiters or recruitment agency owners who already work with paying hiring clients and want to increase placement speed, consistency, and profitability.

You continue operating under your own brand and client relationships.

Ansius provides the structured hiring infrastructure to make your process faster, more consistent, and scalable.

You will use advanced AI-supported hiring tools to:

- reduce manual screening work by up to 80%

- identify stronger candidates from the same applicant pool

- maintain full control over all decisions and client interactions

You get a complete recruiter backend without operational overhead.

If you want to spend less time per role, handle more clients, and deliver higher-quality shortlists, this might be your chance to shine.

Commercial Model:

- This is not a salaried role.

- Selected partners receive full access to Ansius (standard cost: $2,000/month) at no cost.

- In return, Ansius receives a small share of the placement fee for successfully closed roles.

- You keep your clients, your brand, and your commercial agreements.

What You Will Do

- Manage your own recruitment clients and hiring processes

- Define structured job requirements together with clients

- Use Ansius to evaluate and shortlist candidates

- Present structured candidate reports to hiring managers

- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication

- Close placements and manage the full hiring cycle

You remain fully responsible for client acquisition, negotiation, and commercial agreements.

Requirements

Critical Requirements

Active freelance recruiter or recruitment agency owner

Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment

Full ownership of client communication and the hiring process

Fluent professional English

Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for revenue and results

Important Requirements

Experience in CV screening and structured shortlisting

Experience presenting candidate evaluations to hiring managers

Comfort and proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems or digital hiring systems

Strong focus on efficiency and measurable recruitment outcomes

Commercial awareness and motivation to increase placement volume

Interest in improving processes and leveraging automation

Nice to Have Requirements

Experience with high-volume hiring

Existing clients who could benefit from structured screening

Experience working with international clients

Interest in structured and AI-supported hiring tools

Previous startup or entrepreneurial experience
