RoseMary Paris is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail recruitment, particularly Blue-Collar hiring, and the ability to support a fast-growing company with multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
Conduct mass hiring for Blue-Collar positions (Sales staff, Store workers, Operational staff).
Coordinate with branch managers to identify staffing needs.
Conduct initial interviews and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
Maintain and update the candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
Monitor recruitment progress and replacement ratios across branches.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Previous experience in retail companies with multiple branches is required.
Proven experience in Blue-Collar recruitment.
Bachelor's degree (preferably Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent).
Preferably residing in 6th of October City or nearby areas.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good Excel skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume hiring.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of the retail labor market is a plus.
