Job Description

Main Objective

Be the main company representative for the FP Riyadh office, and manage Human Resource related activities including recruitment, onboarding, coaching & welfare, employee engagement & retention, compensation and benefits, and employee relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact and support for all HR topics for the Riyadh office team
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle for the Riyadh office, from initial outreach, to onboarding and training of new employees
  • Build and review internal career and retention plans to engage, retain and develop talent
  • Host and participate in career fairs in KSA, follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, maintain a database of potential candidates for future jobs
  • Provide a framework for counseling, coaching, and welfare services to the Riyadh office team
  • Maintain and update GOSI, Mudad and other government portals as needed and coordinate with government bodies when troubleshooting is required
  • Work in coordination with the Dubai HR team and support in promptly managing and resolving all employee relations issues, including onboarding, insurance, resignations and disciplinary actions
  • Manage risk, compliance and policy and procedure implementation, ensuring that fit for purpose procedures are embedded into daily practices
  • Maintain an awareness of competitor human resources activities and best practices
  • Ensure the company is in-line with the market on the provision of employee compensation and benefits
  • Oversee the company human resources database and system

Required Skills

  • Fluent command of English and Arabic (Saudi National preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in HR and/or recruitment, in management consulting, in KSA
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, MS Word)
  • Knowledge of effective recruitment practices and techniques
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial and team spirit
  • High level of intelligence, commitment and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Professional demeanor

Education

  • Master or Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • HR specific qualifications e.g., CIPD would be advantageous
