The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with the ability to develop effective strategies to attract and retain top talent. You will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring successful placements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Gulf region.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for client organizations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry best practices in HR and recruitment.
• Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-10 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in the Gulf region.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
