Job Description

Join Lufthansa Group Business Services in Cairo, a company in formation, as an HR Services Specialist! Support HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and employee services, helping shape processes in a dynamic, newly established location. Be part of building something exciting from the ground up!

Tasks

What you'll do:

  • Provide professional HR administrative support with accurate data and legal/policy compliance
  • Manage contracts, onboarding paperwork, authority registrations and employee benefits
  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate pre-selection and interview coordination
  • Maintain HR systems/databases and ensure timely payroll processing, salary changes and bonuses
  • Collaborate with local/regional HR teams and Shared Service Centers, responding to employee inquiries
  • Prepare HR reports/statistics for internal and external use and authorities
  • Contribute to process improvements, digitalization and standardization of HR procedures
  • Support additional tasks such as compensation & benefits, health & safety, visa and expatriate topics

Requirements

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor or equivalent, preferably in the field of Human Resources, Legal, Social Sciences or Business Administration
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, ideally with an international background, or vocational training plus 3-6 years in HR and certified further education in personnel management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Focus on high-quality work

  • Willingness to travel
