Job description
HR Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with
HR policies and regulations.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
Assist in performance management processes and documentation.
CEO Assistant Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in project management and follow-up on action items.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, executive assistance, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
