Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role is primarily focused on employee relations, HR systems management (SAP SuccessFactors), audit compliance, and operational HR support.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing day-to-day HR operations, handling high-volume employee requests, and ensuring smooth HR service delivery for a workforce of 800+ employees.
Multilingual candidates are highly preferred, especially those fluent in European languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, Greek, or others.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR-related matters
- Assist in resolving employee concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Support managers in disciplinary, performance management, and employee engagement processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company HR policies
HR Systems (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Maintain and update employee records and workflows in SAP SuccessFactors
- Support HR modules including onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and performance tracking
- Generate HR reports and dashboards as required
- Ensure system data accuracy and audit readiness
Payroll & Documentation
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate monthly submissions
- Track attendance, overtime, and leave records
- Manage employee files (digital and physical), visa documentation, medical records, and ensure HR compliance
- Support internal and external HR audits
Administrative & Operational Support
- Handle high-volume daily HR service requests across departments
- Support onboarding, contract renewals, internal transfers, and offboarding processes
- Liaise with PRO and admin teams for visa, medical, and government-related processes
- Ensure timely documentation and process adherence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 35 years of HR experience in a mid-to-large organization (800+ employees preferred)
- Mandatory experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Experience in employee relations and audit compliance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
