HR Specialist - Employee Experience, Culture & Engagement

About The Role

We're looking for an HR Specialist - Employee Experience, Culture & Engagement to join our HR team at Moyasar.

As Moyasar continues to grow in the fintech and payments sector, you'll help create a positive employee experience and strengthen our culture across different teams. You'll focus on engagement, internal communication, recognition, and initiatives that keep our people connected and engaged.

What You'll Do

• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives across Moyasar.
• Plan internal events, activities, and employee recognition programs.
• Support the employee journey from onboarding through offboarding.
• Coordinate employee surveys and collect feedback.
• Turn employee feedback into practical improvement initiatives.
• Support internal HR communications and company announcements.
• Improve the onboarding and new-joiner experience.
• Support recognition, wellbeing, and team-building initiatives.
• Work closely with managers and employees across our different teams.
• Track employee engagement activities and related HR metrics
  
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in HR, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and comfortable organizing employee activities and initiatives.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Experience in fintech, technology, or financial services is a plus.
• Arabic and English communication skills
