HR Specialist Experience in Textiles Garment Factory - industry from 9 to 11 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage & Coordinate Import Machinery during Set Up.
- Manage and coordinate all import and export processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other key logistics partners.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to optimize costs and service levels.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation for import and export shipments.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of import/export specialists.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- MBA / EMBA
* Certifications :
- International Trade Certification
- Supply Chain certifications (e.g., CSCP)
- Customs compliance programs
Competencies Required:
- 7-15 years of experience in export and import operations at big Garment Factory is A Must.
- Experience or Knowledge for import machinery during set up is Mandatory
- Proven expertise in Export, Import / Export, Logistics Operations, Logistics Management, and Supply Chain.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance requirements.
- Experience managing freight forwarding and customs brokerage relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a team of import/export professionals.
