HR Specialist - Recruitment

About The Role

We're looking for an HR Specialist - Recruitment to join our HR team at Moyasar and support our hiring as we continue to grow in the fintech and payments sector.

You'll manage the recruitment journey from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding, helping us attract the right talent across technology, business, and corporate functions.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned vacancies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, our ATS, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for our growing teams.
• Keep our ATS and recruitment data accurate and up to date.
• Support offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding for new employees.
• Track recruitment KPIs and hiring progress.
• Help improve our recruitment process and candidate experience
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
• Good sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Comfortable recruiting for different functions and managing multiple vacancies.
• Experience in fintech, technology, or financial services is a plus.
• Arabic and English communication skills
