Key Responsibilities
1. Total Rewards & Job Evaluation
- Review and update job descriptions based on the new organizational structure.
- Re-conduct or re-align job evaluations using established frameworks.
- Update grading structures and compensation frameworks.
- Ensure internal equity and compliance with Abu Dhabi labour laws.
2. HR Policies & Procedures
- Update HR Policies & Procedures (HR P&P) to reflect structural changes.
- Ensure alignment with UAE/Abu Dhabi labour laws and internal governance.
- Provide guidance and training to internal HR staff on new or updated policies.
3. ERP / Oracle Fusion Implementation
- Work closely with IT and HR teams to configure and finalize Oracle Fusion HR modules.
- Ensure updated JDs, JE results, grades, and policies are accurately migrated into the ERP.
- Support testing, validation, and user acceptance (UAT).
- Troubleshoot gaps and ensure smooth go-live.
4. HR Operations Support
- Act as an extension of the internal HR team, available onsite daily.
- Provide advisory support on HR compliance and employee relations as needed.
- Ensure consistent application of HR governance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Total Rewards, Job Evaluation, and Grading Frameworks.
- Experience updating HR Policies & Procedures; strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi labour law.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP HR systems.
- Ability to work onsite daily.
- Strong English communication skills (Arabic not required).
- Experience collaborating with top consulting frameworks.
