Job Title: HR Supervisor
Location: Egypt
We are looking for an experienced **HR Supervisor** with **8+ years of experience** in Human Resources to oversee all HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management, Employee Relations, HR Administration, and Egyptian Labor Law. The candidate should be capable of managing the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process.
* Supervise onboarding, orientation, and employee offboarding.
* Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
* Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and employee timekeeping systems.
* Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, social insurance, and employment regulations.
* Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee documentation.
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
* Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance issues.
* Support performance management, annual appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and workforce analytics for management.
* Coordinate training and development programs.
* Work closely with department managers to support business needs.
* Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum **8 years of HR experience**, with at least **2 years in a supervisory role**.
* Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR best practices.
* Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Attendance Management, and HR Operations.
* Hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, ZenHR, or similar).
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Professional level of English (written and spoken) is preferred.
