- Partner with business leaders to support organization development, workforce planning, and daily people matters for the Saudi Manufacturing Campus.
- Support recruitment and onboarding by coordinating with internal TA teams and local hiring channels to ensure timely talent supply.
- Handle employee relations, basic HR operations, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
- Facilitate performance management, capability development, and employee engagement activities to build a strong local culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure accurate HR data, documentation, and process execution.
- Drive the localization of Lenovo group HR mechanisms, processes, and project requirements in the Saudi site.
- Support embedding global HR programssuch as performance, talent development, compliance, and operational standardsinto local practices.
- Ensure alignment between group policies and local execution, acting as the bridge between headquarters and the Saudi local team.
