HR Supervisor (Mokatam Resident is Preferred)

EgyCham is hiring for one of our clients in the field of Security Systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Supervisor, based in Mokatam, Cairo. The HR Supervisor will oversee daily human resources operations, including employee relations, HR management, and performance evaluation. Responsibilities will also involve implementing and maintaining HR policies, supporting workforce development, and ensuring compliance with organizational goals and labor regulations. Candidates residing in Mokatam are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
• 5:7 Years of experience in the Human Resources Management
• Professional HR certification/diploma is a plus
• Proficiency in key HR functions, including L&D, Payroll, Personnel and Recruitment
• Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Knowledge of HR Policies, compliance, and implementation strategies
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Experience with HR software and tools is highly valued
