Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee adaptation.
- Maintain HR documentation: contracts, employee files, internal records.
- Coordinate visa processing and renewals; liaise with PRO and government/immigration offices.
- Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Handle employee relations: complaints, conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company HR policies.
- Assist with general office administration and support day-to-day operations when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of HR experience (tourism/hospitality/service industry preferred).
- Good knowledge of UAE labor law and visa/immigration processes.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- English and Russian fluency required.
