Our client, a leading private sector company in Dubai, is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist who is keen to make an impact and grow their career.
This role would suit candidates looking for exposure, impact and long-term growth, with the role being based in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This position is only eligible for UAEN with a family book.
Overview of responsibilities:
- Execute the entire lifecycle of resourcing (Search, selection, onboarding, performance improvement plans, and offboarding)
- Coordinate with external recruiters/agencies for sourcing candidates and initial shortlisting
- Coordinate security clearances and other onboarding pre-requisites gathering
- Advertise open roles on company websites and professional networking sites like LinkedIn
- Monitor the onboarding of resources, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan travel and accommodation, orientation, email ID and IT asset assignment and customer-site deployment.
- Participate in meetings with customers and prepare reports when necessary.
- Creating templates for performance reviews.
- Collecting time sheets from resources deployed at various customer sites.
- Day to day coordination with resources on various operational related activities
Requirements
- Ideally, you will have 3-5+ years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Experience in technical recruitment, preferably within Technology, IT or cybersecurity domains would be highly desirable, but not mandatory
- Knowledge and understanding of the UAE Labor Laws, Immigration, MOHRE and CICPA requirements, procedures, and limitations
- UAEN with family book is essential
Note: The salary is between 17,000 - 25,000 AED depending on your current grading/experience/salary.
