As part of a broader transformation journey, the business is now seeking to strengthen its HR capability at the manufacturing level.

The Role

This is a key on-site HR leadership role, partnering closely with the Factory Manager and operational leadership team to drive the people agenda across the manufacturing site. The HRBP will be instrumental in shaping a high-performance culture, leading core HR processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring HR best practices are embedded.

  • Acting as the primary HR point of contact for plant leadership and employees
  • Driving performance management, engagement, and retention across the plant
  • Leading employee relations and managing investigations and disciplinary processes
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Rolling out talent development, training, and onboarding initiatives on-site
  • Supporting workforce planning, manpower needs, and succession strategies
  • Using HR data to inform decisions and improve operational effectiveness
  • Fostering strong relationships between factory employees and leadership

The Candidate

We're looking for a hands-on, operational HR professional with a solid grounding in plant or factory environments.

  • 58 years of HR experience within the FMCG or manufacturing sector
  • Strong working knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to partner with senior operations leaders
  • Experience in fast-paced, blue-collar environments with high volumes
  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to take initiative in a standalone capacity
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Familiarity with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms) is a plus
