Job Description

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS / Attendance Specialist to join our growing team. If you have strong HRIS experience and solid knowledge of UAE labor compliance, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accurate employee data in Navision (HRIS)
  • Handle employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, exits, status changes)
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and manpower/budget summaries
  • Review and consolidate monthly attendance (UAE & Overseas), including sick leave and late records
  • Ensure compliance with WPS salary requirements
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Government Relations, and HR teams for insurance, visa allocation, and records
  • Manage biometric access and manual attendance (trial/non-visa staff)
  • Handle employee documentation and certificate requests
  • Provide general HR administrative support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 23 years experience in HRIS / HR Operations / Attendance Management
  • Experience with ERP/HR systems (Navision is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law & WPS
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
