Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS / Attendance Specialist to join our growing team. If you have strong HRIS experience and solid knowledge of UAE labor compliance, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accurate employee data in Navision (HRIS)
- Handle employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, exits, status changes)
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and manpower/budget summaries
- Review and consolidate monthly attendance (UAE & Overseas), including sick leave and late records
- Ensure compliance with WPS salary requirements
- Coordinate with Payroll, Government Relations, and HR teams for insurance, visa allocation, and records
- Manage biometric access and manual attendance (trial/non-visa staff)
- Handle employee documentation and certificate requests
- Provide general HR administrative support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 23 years experience in HRIS / HR Operations / Attendance Management
- Experience with ERP/HR systems (Navision is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law & WPS
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Strong coordination and communication skills
