Job Purpose
Coordinate, implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
- Train and oversee employees on health and safety regulations and monitor personnel and workspace & encourage for safer work equipment, materials & suppliers.
- Track the number of incidents and produce reports and other relevant organizations
- Monitor exposure to certain hazardous chemicals
- Create safety systems for all employees to follow when operating manufacturing machinery in order to prevent all injuries
- Relay information between management, outside safety agencies, and employees, communicating vital information and instructions quickly and accurately
- Oversee operations on a daily basis to ensure all manufacturing employees follow safety procedures precisely
- Complete administrative duties, filling out safety reports, collaborating with management, and compiling information about accidents whenever they occur to prevent similar incidents in the future.

- 100% Quality in Implementing OHS policies and programs.
- 0% delay in submitting monthly HSE reports.
- 0% hazard or harm caused in the worksite.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications (Knowledge & Skills)
- Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, NIOSH, OSHA General, OSHA Construction, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, First Aid, Fire Fighting, Scaffold Competent / Inspector, Confined Space Entry, Risk Assessment, Working at Heights, Materials Handling, Cranes, Sling Safety, Lifting and Rigging
- Experience not less than 3 years in the same role.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office & very good English.
