Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe work environment without any risk to health safety and environment.
• Make sure that all the safety standards, rule, and regulations as per AGH and client HSE Requirements.
• Conduct or coordinate HSE Training for the site workers as per the nature of job being performed.
• Ensure the compliance of HIRA, JSP and LPP at site during the job execution.
• Update and maintain all the HSE documents, and records as per AGH and client requirements.
• Conduct frequent site inspection to make sure the HSE Compliance at site.
• Provide regular HSE reports to the site management and immediate supervisor about site Safety Issues.
• Attend the weekly/monthly meetings with client and site management to discuss site safety issues.
• Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety & welfare at work legislation and communicate relevant changes to the projects.
• Ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments and lone working procedures are managed, and employees are aware of their responsibilities.
• Participate in monthly meetings when required to report on relevant health & safety matters.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or equivalent)
Experience:
Professional Certifications:
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certifications
Previous client approvals in similar projects (e.g., SEC)
