Role Overview

The HSE Manager (Compliance) will lead and supervise the HSE Compliance Team across multiple shifts, ensuring continuous 24/7 operational coverage and adherence to all regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises the HSE Compliance Team across three shifts to ensure seamless 24/7 coverage

• Ensures all operational zones comply with internal standards, SBC requirements, Civil Defense regulations, and ISO frameworks

• Oversees daily deployment, shift briefings, and validation of findings logged in Maximo; ensures timely close-out of corrective actions

• Coordinates with Operations, FM, Projects, Security, and external contractors

• Provides escalation for high-risk observations and authorizes stop-work when required

• Produces weekly and monthly compliance performance reports for the HSE Director

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)

• NEBOSH Environmental Certificate

• Certified Member of IOSH (or working toward CMIOSH)

• ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 Internal Auditor

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE compliance and operational auditing

• At least 5 years in multi-shift or high-risk operational environments (e.g., parks, mixed-use developments, FM, industrial, leisure)
