Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- NEBOSH or IOSH - International certification -Advanced/professional level
- Diploma in Industrial Safety Engineering
- Diploma in Environmental Management
- Diploma in fire and safety engineering
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in precast or construction projects is mandatory
- Hindi speaking is required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager in the precast or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures
- Experience in site safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
