HSE Officer Construction
Location: Dubai
Requirement: Valid UAE Driving License & Own Car
Salary: AED 7,000 per month
Job Description
We are looking to hire an HSE Officer for our client based in Dubai. The candidate should have proven construction-site experience to manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities on a G+2 building construction project. The role focuses on ensuring full compliance with UAE HSE regulations and maintaining a safe working environment on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project-specific requirements
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and toolbox talks
- Monitor correct use of PPE and safe work practices
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports
- Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and safety records
- Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors on all HSE-related matters
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Health & Safety
- 36 years of HSE experience in construction projects
- Experience in G+2 building construction preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
- NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification preferred
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Must have own car
