Job Description

We are seeking HSE Officers to support field-level and programme HSE monitoring across major infrastructure activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site HSE inspections.
• Monitor contractor compliance with HSE requirements.
• Review method statements and risk assessments.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents and near misses.
• Track corrective actions.
• Support HSE audits and reporting.
• Monitor PPE, welfare, emergency and site-safety requirements.
• Maintain HSE records and inspection reports.
• HSE experience on major construction, utility, energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong site inspection experience.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations.
• Relevant HSE certification preferred.
