Greenland Group is looking for HSE Specialist (SHADE Corporation, Saudi Arabia)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Applicants must have IOSH/NEBOSH certifications.
- English communication is mandatory.
- Policy Implementation: Design and update health, safety, and environmental programs according to local and international standards like ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Risk Assessments: Inspect job sites and facilities to spot potential hazards, unsafe behaviors, or environmental risks, and execute swift corrective actions.
- Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause analyses on accidents, injuries, or near-misses and write formal reports with preventive recommendations.
- Training and Education: Run safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for staff and contractors.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain logs, track safety performance indicators, and liaise with external regulatory agencies.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Skills Required: Health Safety and Environment (HSE), Safety Officer, Safety Management, Building Construction, Construction Supervision
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
