We are seeking an experienced HSE Trainer to join our team for a major EPC project in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and project-specific requirements.

YOUR ROLE

As a HSE Trainer you will:

• Develop and deliver HSE training modules for project personnel.
• Ensure training aligns with international standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher courses.
• Maintain accurate training records and certification tracking.
• Support the implementation of the project's HSE management system.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HSE Trainer in EPC or Oil & Gas projects.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or related field
• Must have Train the Trainer certificate
• Must have NEBOSH certification

Expertise

• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
