Key Responsibilities
- Participate in HSEIA (OHID) workshops, provide relevant input and ensure implementation of recommendations
- Coordinate with project teams to implement the quantitative exposure monitoring program for the workforce
- Oversee chemical management program & provide recommendations to enhance its effectiveness
- Implement the Non-Accidental Death Tool checklist and follow-up on aspects requiring improvement
- Effective implementation of food safety program on site and accommodation camps housing project workforce
- Promote awareness on lifestyle diseases and assist the site and camp clinics in the implementation of the program
- Provide effective inputs on improving medical emergency response in project sites and accommodation camps
- Track injury and illness cases involving project workforce and liaise with HQ CHSE team in incident classification
- Ensure compliance with periodic medical and health surveillance requirements for employees and contractors
- Effective implementation of the entity corporate practice requirements in project sites
