Job Purpose
The Human Capital Business Partner role supports in aligning peoples initiatives with business needs by providing the day-to-day HR guidance while contributing to the broader workforce and organizational goals. HCBP will act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders to navigate talent management, employee relations, performance, engagement, compliance, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. HCBP is required to build strong relationships, deliver value through people, and work in a fast-moving, multi-cultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Performance
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders by aligning human resources strategies with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Leverage HR analytics and data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance workforce effectiveness.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, employee retention, and talent development.
Organization
- Collaborate with department managers to assess talent needs and deliver expert guidance on HR policies, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and drive employee engagement initiatives focused on organizational culture, employee recognition, internal communications, and overall employee experience.
- Support organizational development and change management initiatives, including restructuring efforts, succession planning, and organizational design.
Operations
- Provide hands-on support in managing employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
- Manage and optimize core HR operations in collaboration with the shared services team, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a similar HR role,with a strong track record in managing HR operations, strategic initiatives, or organizational developemnt
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and data analysis required
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or other relevant credentials are highly preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
