Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-rounded and hands-on HR professional to manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations at Bloomfields. The ideal candidate is not a specialist in one narrow HR function, but rather an all-rounder with solid experience across multiple HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and basic HR policy implementation.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked in dynamic environments (SMEs or mid-sized companies) where they were exposed to various HR responsibilities rather than being limited to one specialized area in a large corporate structure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the company
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and internal policies
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews coordination)
- Support hiring managers in identifying suitable candidates
- Manage onboarding process and employee induction
3. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR matters
- Handle basic employee relations issues and escalate when needed
- Support in resolving workplace concerns in a fair and professional manner
4. HR Administration
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs coordination
- Maintain HR systems and files (digital and physical)
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and internal documentation
5. Performance & Engagement Support
- Assist in performance review processes
- Support employee engagement initiatives and basic HR activities
6. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR processes comply with UAE labor regulations
- Support in audits and reporting requirements when needed
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–7 years of HR experience (generalist exposure preferred)
- Experience across multiple HR functions (not single-specialty HR roles)
- Strong understanding of UAE labor law is a plus
- Experience in SMEs or mid-sized companies preferred over large corporates
- Hands-on, practical HR approach (not purely policy/strategic HR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage HR operations end-to-end
