Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide end-to-end Human Capital consultancy support, ensuring effective organization design, job architecture, grading governance, and rewards alignment in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead job analysis, job design, and job evaluation (Korn Ferry Hay).
  • Support organizational structuring, workforce planning, and workload analysis.
  • Maintain grading governance, benchmarking, and compliance.
  • Support performance management cycle and provide analytics/insights.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and manage salary actions.
  • Develop HC dashboards, research, and reports to inform leadership decisions.
  • Ensure HRMS data integrity and continuous improvement of HC processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years experience in organization design, job evaluation (Hay/KF), and compensation.
  • Must have 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong analytical, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
