Job Purpose
To provide end-to-end Human Capital consultancy support, ensuring effective organization design, job architecture, grading governance, and rewards alignment in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead job analysis, job design, and job evaluation (Korn Ferry Hay).
- Support organizational structuring, workforce planning, and workload analysis.
- Maintain grading governance, benchmarking, and compliance.
- Support performance management cycle and provide analytics/insights.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and manage salary actions.
- Develop HC dashboards, research, and reports to inform leadership decisions.
- Ensure HRMS data integrity and continuous improvement of HC processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years experience in organization design, job evaluation (Hay/KF), and compensation.
- Must have 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong analytical, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
