Job Description

Job Purpose:

The HRIS Manager is responsible for leading the planning, development, governance, and operation of all human resources digital platforms across the organization. The role ensures that employee data, payroll, organizational structures, and workforce processes are accurate, secure, compliant, and fully aligned with the company's business and financial strategy.

The HRIS Manager serves as a strategic bridge between HR, Finance, IT, and Operations, enabling data-driven decision-making, strong governance over manpower costs, and the digital transformation of HR processes. This role is critical in labor-intensive and project-based environments where workforce costs represent a major operational expenditure and require high levels of control, transparency, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Systems Management & Configuration

  • Configure and maintain HR modules, workflows, approval matrices, and role-based access controls.
  • Manage organizational structures, job frameworks, grades, benefits, and compensation logic.
  • Oversee system patches, upgrades, testing, and enhancements to ensure stability and performance.

Platform Development & System Integration

  • Lead the development of HR services, APIs, and custom solutions where required.
  • Manage integrations between HRIS and ERP, Finance, Attendance, Banks/WPS, and Identity systems.
  • Ensure secure, reliable, and accurate data synchronization across platforms.

Data Governance, Security & Privacy

  • Define HR data standards, ownership, lifecycle management, and retention policies.
  • Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability through encryption, access controls, and monitoring.
  • Maintain full system traceability, audit logs, and compliance with cybersecurity policies.

Reporting, Analytics & Decision Support

  • Design and deliver HR dashboards, KPIs, and workforce analytics for senior leadership.
  • Support manpower planning, cost control, overtime analysis, and productivity reporting.
  • Provide accurate and timely HR data insights to support strategic and financial decisions.

Process Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Digitize and standardize HR processes across all business units and projects.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvement, and HR digital transformation.
  • Reduce manual intervention, processing time, and operational errors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 710 years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or enterprise systems
  • Strong experience in payroll systems, workforce analytics, and system integrations
  • Experience in labor-intensive, project-based, or contracting environments is preferred
