Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Real Estate Human Resource (HR) Manager. The HR Manager will lead and manage human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and payroll administration. This role also involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership teams to support strategic organizational goals and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management in Real Estate Industry.
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies, organizational strategies, and training programs
• Proficiency in Payroll Administration and knowledge of labor laws, particularly UAE regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in real estate or a related industry is a strong advantage
• Certification in HR-related disciplines (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
