Manage end-to-end HR and administrative functions for AMS outsourced staff, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and strong client partnership. Act as a strategic HR partner to both internal stakeholders and clients, supporting workforce planning, employee engagement, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted HR partner to clients, managing staff updates, onboarding, exits, and office-related coordination.
- Ensure high service standards and timely communication with clients regarding workforce matters.
Payroll & Financial Administration
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and invoicing through client portals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with finance teams to resolve payroll or billing discrepancies
Strategic HR & Employer Branding
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position AMS International as an employer of choice.
- Support workforce planning and talent strategies in alignment with client and business needs.
Employee Relations & Advisory
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance, counseling, and resolution of complex issues.
- Proactively identify employee engagement risks and recommend corrective actions.
Compliance, Policies & Governance
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, immigration requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and coordinate closely with AMS Head Office on legal and regulatory matters.
- Interpret HR policies, address ambiguities, and recommend updates as needed.
Compensation, Benefits & Performance Support
- Manage annual and sick leave tracking, salary increments, and bonus administration.
- Support performance and reward processes in alignment with company guidelines and client agreements.
