job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Redecor&More, located in Giza. The role involves supporting human resources operations, managing administrative tasks, handling executive-level assistance, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, organizing meetings, assisting in recruitment processes, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinate recruitment processes such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications to support talent acquisition efforts.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.) and liaising with the finance department.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal events.
- Monitor attendance, leave balances, and ensure compliance with company attendance policies.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) knowledge and ability to assist in HR activities
- Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Customer Service and interfacing with stakeholders
- Proficiency in office software and administrative tools
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
