About the Role:
- The Admin Specialist plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing various administrative functions.
- This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating all aspects of administration, services, housekeeping, and transportation operations.
The Admin Specialist will work closely with different departments to ensure efficient and effective support services, contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the organization.
Location: New Cairo
Responsibilities:
- Follow the Admin Budget in coordination with the HR section head by collecting data from all reports and departments and comparing it against actual from the finance department to decide on next year's expected expenditure and plan accordingly.
- Handle the HR department mails about the new hires to fulfill the new hires needs.
- Handling and supervising the hotels reservations for the employees.
- Coordinate and administer the filling system for administration contracts like rented flats, car contract agreements, and cleaning companies to process invoices and perform renewal or cancellation.
- Respond to and initiate inquiries, explain policies, answer questions, and independently resolve problems whenever feasible.
-Manage and optimize all company services, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
-Supervise housekeeping operations to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all administrative activities.
- Provide support in event planning and coordination.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
