Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Administrator to handle day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, visas, employee records, and compliance. You will support the HR team in ensuring smooth processes and a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate visa processes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Support onboarding, inductions, and employee queries.
- Maintain HR records and assist with reporting and audits.
- Liaise with payroll, finance, and managers for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience in HR operations/admin, preferably in retail or corporate.
- Knowledge of labor laws and visa procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient in MS Office/HRIS.
