The purpose of this position is to provide effective customer service and support to employees while ensure that all services are conducted as per the policy and guidelines.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyze issues, formulate a response, and communicate comprehensively to queries to ensure employees receive complete information in a timely manner.
- Maintain professional, strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and HR colleagues to deliver the right solutions.
- Action decisions made by HR management and conveyed positively to administer employee eligibilities and benefits.
- Handle the communication of all updates, changes, new initiatives, and new policies through online channels (email, workplace, phone calls, etc.)
- Manage the communication, onboarding and joining formalities for new joiners.
- Manage end to end the onboarding and induction for new joiners and continue to act as main contact for new hire post-joining.
- Assist in general administration to ensure HR operations run smoothly
- Identify and escalate consistent or recurring problems with systems and processes to actively partake in solution-finding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related specialty
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in business administration role

- Excellent in using Microsoft Office
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and friendly attitude when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Good analytical skills
