Job Description

The purpose of this position is to provide effective customer service and support to employees while ensure that all services are conducted as per the policy and guidelines.

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyze issues, formulate a response, and communicate comprehensively to queries to ensure employees receive complete information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professional, strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and HR colleagues to deliver the right solutions.
  • Action decisions made by HR management and conveyed positively to administer employee eligibilities and benefits.
  • Handle the communication of all updates, changes, new initiatives, and new policies through online channels (email, workplace, phone calls, etc.)
  • Manage the communication, onboarding and joining formalities for new joiners.
  • Manage end to end the onboarding and induction for new joiners and continue to act as main contact for new hire post-joining.
  • Assist in general administration to ensure HR operations run smoothly
  • Identify and escalate consistent or recurring problems with systems and processes to actively partake in solution-finding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related specialty

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in business administration role

Skills

  • Excellent in using Microsoft Office
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and friendly attitude when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good analytical skills
