What we are looking for:
We are looking for a proactive, organized and people-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources operations and contribute to a smooth employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-focused, eager to learn and enthusiastic about developing their HR career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment cycle from posting job ads, screening applicants and coordinating interviews with senior management
- Maintain and update internal CV database to ensure accurate candidate tracking
- Prepare recruitment reports for senior management as required
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support performance review procedures
- Assist with HR-related reports, attendance tracking, and staff updates
- Prepare HR documents such as policies, contracts, letters and reports
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE employment laws
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in Human Resources
- Strong proficiency in English is required (written and verbal)
- Previous experience recruiting within the IT / Software Development sector
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with professionalism
