Job Description:
We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team.
This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping our people's agenda and act as a strategic advisor to the business, delivering people strategies that enable performance, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with department heads to implement HR strategies that support business needs.
- Support leaders in aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Lead HR projects and support change management initiatives.
- Support nationalization programs and contribute to the development and retention of UAE National talent.
- Analyze HR data and deliver insights to support evidence-based decisions.
- Ensure HR policies are compliant with UAE labor law and internal standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role
- Strong understanding of local labor laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to solving business challenges
