Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Dubai operations and serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and regional stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in driving people strategies that enable business performance, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable growth.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on HR execution. This role requires confidence in navigating complex people matters within a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Core Responsibilities
Business Partnership
- Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, providing guidance aligned with organizational and commercial objectives
- Translate business strategies into effective people and workforce solutions
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and headcount governance
People & Performance Management
- Advise leaders on performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, probation assessments, and improvement plans
- Manage employee relations matters with discretion, consistency, and adherence to best practices
- Coach leaders on employee development, engagement, and performance optimization
Talent Acquisition & Retention
- Partner with business leaders to plan and support talent acquisition in line with business priorities
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to strengthen talent pipelines and succession planning
- Drive effective onboarding and retention initiatives to enhance employee experience
HR Operations & Governance
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, internal policies, and corporate governance standards
- Oversee employment contracts, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle management
- Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and leave management in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 58 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated HRBP exposure in a corporate or multinational environment
- Experience supporting Middle East operations is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within regional and global teams
