Position Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Dubai operations and serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and regional stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in driving people strategies that enable business performance, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable growth.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on HR execution. This role requires confidence in navigating complex people matters within a dynamic, multicultural environment.
What You Will Do:
Business & Workforce Strategy
- Align people strategy with business direction and commercial priorities
- Lead workforce planning initiatives and advise on organizational structure decisions
- Provide data-informed insights to support headcount and capability planning
Performance & Employee Relations
- Oversee performance management cycles, including probation confirmations and development reviews
- Provide consistent, fair, and risk-aware guidance on employee relations matters
- Support leaders in driving accountability and performance standards
Talent Management
- Support strategic recruitment aligned with growth plans
- Contribute to succession planning and long-term capability development
- Strengthen onboarding effectiveness and employee retention initiatives
Compliance & HR Governance
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor regulations and internal policies
- Manage employment documentation and employee lifecycle processes
- Partner with finance and operations on payroll and benefits administration
Profile & Experience
- 35 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner exposure
- Experience within corporate or multinational environments preferred
- Strong analytical judgment and stakeholder management capability
- Able to balance strategic advisory with operational delivery
